We are working with an established MEP Design Consultancy based in Clapham in London who are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their team.
They work on commercial and residential projects across the UK with all of the design being done from the Clapham office. They also have a hand on some projects in the Design Management on behalf of the client during the construction process for the MEP, so having experience of working with either a MEP Subcontractor or Main Contractor looking after the MEP during construction would be a big plus.
You will be part of a team of 8 and will be leading a Junior Coordinator with around 12 months experience who will work alongside you on projects, and there are big plans here to grow the BIM Team further over the next 12-18 months.
