Salary: £70,000 We are currently recruiting for a Digital Design / BIM Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor delivering large-scale fit out projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM professional with a strong MEP background to take responsibility for digital design coordination and BIM delivery across major projects.
The Role Lead BIM and digital design processes across large fit out projects.
Manage digital design information from pre-construction through to project delivery.
Coordinate MEP, architectural and structural design information across project teams.
Manage BIM standards, processes, protocols and execution plans.
Use Revizto for model coordination, issue management and collaboration.
Lead clash detection and coordinate the resolution of design issues.
Review models and design information to identify coordination issues.
Work closely with design, project management, engineering and commercial teams.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
Support project teams with BIM and digital construction requirements.
Provide guidance and training to project teams where required.
