Associate UX Research Analysts will form a core part of our growing and ambitious Pulse content team. The position will involve utilising UX skills and fintech knowledge to analyse and assess financial user journeys from all around the world, while contributing insightful editorial content about fintech products. The position is fundamental for keeping content on the Pulse platform up-to-date and high quality. It also serves as an excellent opportunity to enter the world of fintech and expand one’s UX skills and understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Utilising your experience in UX to conduct expert analysis of financial apps and websites from all over the world
- Acquiring user journeys from our panel of users
- Developing a good understanding of the fintech market and specialising within a particular area of it
- Helping the Pulse team identify new financial service products to include on the platform
- Produce editorial content to guide Pulse users towards particularly interesting or high-quality product experiences, eg producing playlists with commentary
- Contributing towards our weekly newsletter, writing about trending financial services/fintech topics (banking, blockchain/crypto, investing, insurance etc)
- Playing an active role in the Content Team’s editorial ambitions
- Benchmarking financial products UX and features with the Research team
- Helping clients identify useful user journeys and good UX Practices
- Working closely with a friendly team on a day-to-day basis
Experience and qualifications:
- Interested and knowledgeable about UX/UI Design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy writing and can write at a relatively fast pace
- Interest in fintech/financial services and eager to learn more about the industry and the products within it
- A collaborative and engaged team player
- Has an interest in specialising within a specific area of fintech/finance
Please note that this role is a September start and that the salary band is £31k - £37k depending on experience.
