About the role: We’re currently hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. The role will contribute to building brand awareness, and drive high quality lead generation and conversion rate optimisation to support customer acquisition through the entire sales cycle for all 11:FS products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build scalable campaigns across digital paid media platforms, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and any other applicable platforms, for specific product campaigns for different product and service lines as well as the wider business.
- Develop best-in-class performance to drive efficient leads into the business as well as increasing the brand awareness of the business.
- Build relationships with reps at platforms to ensure we’re always top of mind when it comes to new products or features.
- Conduct pacing and ensure budgets are effectively managed.
- Keep up to date with competitors, news and industry issues.
- Top-to-bottom pipeline management of leads for all business lines.
- Work with commercial teams to make sure effective processes are in place to allocate inbound leads and lead nurturing to optimise efficacy.
- Own, manage and regularly report on success metrics for paid/performance campaigns, and overall business line marketing performance (website traffic etc).
- Analyse the reporting data to provide actionable insights to the relevant teams and/or to lead the delivery of the actions yourself.
- Identify, pitch and deliver (where appropriate) new opportunities for brand building, lead generation and business development through paid advertising and/or performance marketing.
- Own technical SEO best practice and lead any optimisation or actions required.
- Double down on LLM optimisation and how the website can best perform and support conversion or brand awareness even without traffic landing on it.
- Use monitoring tools to track website ranking performance and identify keyword opportunities for paid as well as organic growth.
- Work collaboratively with website stakeholders to identify opportunities for continual optimisation to drive higher conversion rates.
- Own the delivery of website optimisation based on your own findings and recommendations, including project managing the roll out of any major optimisations to the website that involve other stakeholders: design, development etc.
Skills/Experience:
- 4+ years experience in managing paid campaigns, working with different platforms and ad operations and analysis, as well as SEO and nascent LLM optimisation skills.
- Analytical mindset, outcome focused, and always looking for the learnings and improvements.
- Self-starter, can work independently and own your campaigns, manage spend and budgets and report on the successes to stakeholders inside and outside your department.
- Proactive team player, who can get stuck in and really partner with the other business lines at 11:FS and the commercial teams within them, to understand their lead generation needs and sales cycles.
- Understanding of website best practices and evolution, to drive conversion rates, with particular emphasis on LLMs.
- A keen learner who endeavours to stay abreast of industry and marketing trends and best practices to continue to level up our campaigns, platforms and output to match.
