We are looking for friendly, safety‑conscious people to join our team as Bus Driver Trainees at our Perth depot. The role offers fully paid training to obtain a PCV licence, with the opportunity to become a permanent qualified bus driver and advance into roles such as Inspector, Controller or Instructor.
Responsibilities
- Complete Stagecoach industry‑leading training and secure a PCV licence.
- Undertake CPC training and ongoing professional development.
- Drive our fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for all passengers.
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Right to work in the UK (minimum 183 days for DVLA requirement).
- Patient, safe and courteous driving approach.
- Positive, friendly attitude and passion for customer service.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
