We are looking for friendly, safety‑conscious people to join our team as Bus Driver Trainees at our Perth depot. The role offers fully paid training to obtain a PCV licence, with the opportunity to become a permanent qualified bus driver and advance into roles such as Inspector, Controller or Instructor.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Stagecoach industry‑leading training and secure a PCV licence.
  • Undertake CPC training and ongoing professional development.
  • Drive our fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for all passengers.
  • Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Right to work in the UK (minimum 183 days for DVLA requirement).
  • Patient, safe and courteous driving approach.
  • Positive, friendly attitude and passion for customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
