Salary starts at £14.15 per hour, increasing to £15.60 per hour after 1 year. Overtime rate £18.60 per hour. Training pay £12.60 per hour for 6–8 weeks. Annual earnings after training: £30,903 (based on 42 hours per week). Shift patterns: Day shift, Middle shift, late shift. Work any 5 days over 7.

- Complete industry‑leading training and secure a PCV licence, followed by ongoing CPC training and professional development.
- Drive the fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
- Ensure every customer has a great journey.
- Deliver top‑notch customer service, assisting people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Create a welcoming environment where customers feel respected, cared for and looked after, especially those who rely on us most.
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 18 years old, holding a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A patient, safe and courteous approach to driving.
- Positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
