Responsibilities

  • Assist the Engineering Manager and Assistant Engineering Manager with parts and material needs for immediate and future projects.
  • Order parts for vehicles and general depot running materials.
  • Maintain and stock-check the store, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.
  • Use spreadsheets, reports and the company’s nationally used system to track inventory and ordering.
  • Work independently, manage time effectively and handle work under pressure.
  • Communicate with team members on site, suppliers and vehicle manufacturers.

Requirements

  • Good experience with computer systems, especially spreadsheets and reporting tools.
  • Ability to use the company’s nationally used system (training will be provided).
  • Self-motivation and initiative to work unsupervised.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
