Private Client Paralegal
£35,000 – £45,000 / St Albans Hybrid / Permanent

My client, a top law firm in the Hertfordshire area, are currently on the hunt to hire a Private Client Paralegal/Secretary to join their rapidly growing team and business.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar support role and will have experience progressing client files and providing secretarial and admin support to the wider department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Progressing client files under team leaderships instruction and support with the drafting of Wills
  • Answer telephone queries on behalf of the team and greet any walk-in clients
  • Undergo audio-typing duties on behalf of fee earners within the team
  • Maintaining allocated cases to a certain standard, making sure everything is kept up to date
  • General administration for the team

Essential Skills

  • Previous secretarial/assistant/paralegal experience is a must
  • Experience progressing client files
  • Private client experience is essential
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
  • High kevel of professionalism
