Are you an experienced professional looking to take the next step in your career? My client is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join their Conveyancing department.
This is a fantastic chance for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to independently handle residential property transactions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, overseeing the process from instruction to post-completion.
- Deliver clear, expert legal advice to clients while maintaining exceptional communication through various channels.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless progress on transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, third parties, and industry contacts to support business growth.
- Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
- Handle applications to the Land Registry and address requisitions efficiently
