My client, a reputable Law Firm based in Kent are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary on a permanent basis to join their rapidly growing team. They are looking to pay up to £28,000 and the successful candidate will be playing a big part in supporting Fee Earners in the Commercial Property department.
The successful candidatemusthave previous support experience in a similar role in aLaw Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients via telephone calls and emails
- Supporting legal advisors by scheduling appointments and meetings on their behalf as well as diary management
- Booking out meeting rooms and preparing documentation ahead of meetings
- Ensuring electronic files are kept up to date
- General administration

- Secretary experience is highly desirable
