Responsibilities
- Produce, validate, and report monthly client portfolio performance and benchmark return calculations, ensuring accuracy within agreed SLAs.
- Escalate issues to the offshore team, resolve complex exceptions, and maintain data integrity.
- Act as subject‑matter expert on performance, attribution, and benchmark queries; develop improvements to detect data gaps and enhance process efficiency.
- Support tactical and strategic client projects, test technology upgrades, and assist with the implementation of new performance solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong academic background in Economics/Finance, Mathematics/Engineering, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in investment performance or portfolio analytics.
- Knowledge of performance measurement and attribution methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA macros; proficiency in SQL and Power BI preferred.
- Solid understanding of various asset types and multi‑asset portfolios.
- Highly organized, positive attitude towards problem solving, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, analytical, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
