What you will do
- Complete an Investment Operations Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship.
- Gain a professional qualification during your first year on the job – the CISI – Investment Operations Certificate (IOC).
- Work across our Operations Teams as part of a 2‑year Apprenticeship Programme, rotating through different teams to gain a broad understanding of operations.
- Participate in full training and support through our industry experts and online learning portal.
- Receive mentorship to guide you through your apprenticeship.
- Take part in structured career management, including regular feedback from your manager and training provider.
- Contribute to our unique technology platform, which brings transparency, insight and control to wealth management firms.
- What we need from you
- 2 A‑levels (or equivalent).
- Maths & English GCSE at grade A*-C or 9‑5 (or equivalent).
- Availability to start in September 2026.
