What you will do

  • Complete an Investment Operations Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship.
  • Gain a professional qualification during your first year on the job – the CISI – Investment Operations Certificate (IOC).
  • Work across our Operations Teams as part of a 2‑year Apprenticeship Programme, rotating through different teams to gain a broad understanding of operations.
  • Participate in full training and support through our industry experts and online learning portal.
  • Receive mentorship to guide you through your apprenticeship.
  • Take part in structured career management, including regular feedback from your manager and training provider.
  • Contribute to our unique technology platform, which brings transparency, insight and control to wealth management firms.
  • What we need from you
  • 2 A‑levels (or equivalent).
  • Maths & English GCSE at grade A*-C or 9‑5 (or equivalent).
  • Availability to start in September 2026.
