As a Client Compliance Associate within Client Services International, you will support the delivery and coordination of robust AML/KYC processes across the international platform. Working closely with the Global Compliance Team, Client Services Managers, and key stakeholders across the organisation, you will help maintain consistent standards, support risk management, and contribute to effective compliance processes for our global client base.

Your Responsibilities:

  • AML/KYC Coordination & Governance Support
    • Act as a key contact point for AML/KYC processes within the International Client Services team, supporting effective coordination across stakeholders.
    • Support the annual review and maintenance of AML/KYC and Compliance SOPs following the initial project implementation.
    • Support the maintenance of client documentation standards and help ensure alignment with regulatory and internal frameworks.
    • Coordinate the collection and first-level review of documentation for internal and external audits (e.g., BDO), working with Client Services Managers and Compliance colleagues as required.
    • Support oversight activities within the AML Optimisation Model, helping ensure administrator-held documents are accessible, accurate, and periodically reviewed.
    • Collaborate with colleagues in the Client Services DACH team to ensure processes are uniform where possible and best practices are utilised.
  • Client Onboarding & Ongoing Monitoring
    • Manage and support new international client onboarding cases, with guidance and additional support from the wider Global Client Compliance Team as capacity requires.
    • Lead and support AML/KYC refresh cycles, helping reduce the operational burden on Client Services Managers.
    • Provide guidance on relevant client queries and escalated items where required.
  • Platform, Data & Operational Excellence
    • Support the ongoing operation of the Compliance Screening Tool, including PEP alerts, escalation, documentation quality, and coordination with Compliance and relevant Client Services Managers.
    • Contribute to improving data accuracy, risk ratings and client categorisations within the Client Relationship Management tool.
    • Maintain accurate process documentation and ensure consistent file structure across platforms.
    • Contribute to the use of emerging AI-driven compliance tools to strengthen AML/KYC controls, improve process efficiency, and enhance risk monitoring capabilities across the client lifecycle.
  • Strategic Projects & Process Development
    • Support relevant strategic projects (including the digital onboarding tool project), contributing to future-state workflow development.
    • Contribute as a key Client Services stakeholder to the Administrator Consolidation Project, helping streamline client documentation management globally.
    • Support ongoing improvement and remediation programmes, including the structured AML/KYC refresh for all international clients.
    • Maintain awareness of regulatory and legal developments relevant to AML/KYC.
