About the Role
Senior Product Manager focused on strategic business development and customer relationship management for the Pharma Solutions Team. Bridge the gap between market needs and product strategy, identify growth opportunities, translate customer insights into product improvements, and foster long‐term partnerships with key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Market & Business Development (Product‐Led)
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments aligned with the product strategy
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Develop business cases and growth initiatives in close collaboration with Product Management
- Support go‐to‐market strategies and product launches
- Contribute to pricing, positioning, and value proposition development
- Identify strategic partnerships that enhance product adoption and ecosystem growth
- Customer Relationship & Strategic Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Act as the interface between customers and the product team
- Deeply understand customer use cases and translate them into product requirements, including AI‐powered insights
- Conduct regular business and performance reviews with strategic accounts
- Identify expansion opportunities (new use cases, additional solutions, upselling aligned with product value)
- Monitor customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention metrics
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Market‐oriented thinking; knowledge of AI impact in Pharma workflows

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 15% annually)

- US Annualized Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 (eligible for an annual performance‐related bonus plan)
