Lead a team of operations professionals to design, plan, and execute commercial operations strategies that drive business success across Expedia Group’s partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead comprehensive Commercial Ops strategies aligned with business objectives, driving commercial success and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and execute structured change management initiatives to promote organizational alignment and adaptability.
  • Own and steward the Operations project roadmap, facilitating prioritization discussions and evaluating business impact.
  • Manage and coach a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful communication plans that resonate across diverse business functions and audiences.
  • Establish KPIs for Commercial Operations initiatives, track performance, and deliver actionable insights to SPA and G&O leadership.
  • Act as central liaison between P&T, Commercial, Growth & Operations, and other Expedia Group stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Identify root causes of problems, examine options, and implement the most effective solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years in Operations, Project Management, or related roles with demonstrated leadership in a global, B2B environment.
  • Proven expertise in leading change programs and driving organizational transformation.
  • Strong strategic vision and ability to translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Team‑management and motivational skills that promote growth and collaboration among team members.
  • Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to measuring success and optimizing processes.
  • Service mindset that prioritizes partner satisfaction and delight.
  • Tech‑savvy with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant work experience.
