As Project Manager you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative marketing initiatives for Expedia Group's B2B line of business. You will partner closely with marketing stakeholders and a dedicated creative team—designers, copywriters, web strategists, and creative leaders—to deliver high-quality campaigns and content that support business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple creative and marketing projects from intake through final delivery.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables.
  • Partner with stakeholders, designers, copywriters, web strategists, and creative leaders to keep work aligned to business goals.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, review cycles, approvals, and stakeholder check-ins.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and changes early, and drive clear mitigation plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, support resource planning, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, agency, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent marketing or creative projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of creative development processes, including campaign development, design, copywriting, digital marketing, and web production.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust and influence across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
