- Research emerging Prop Tech, AI and Smart Building technologies
- Benchmark competitors, investment managers and technology providers
- Produce concise research reports and executive summaries
- Collect, clean and analyse portfolio and market data
- Support creation of dashboards and presentations
- Assist with financial and operational analysis
- Use AI tools to accelerate research and content creation
