As a Junior Business Analyst at Northrop Grumman UK, you will help customers deliver meaningful change by implementing innovative technology solutions within the defence and security sector. Your work will involve bringing clarity to complex challenges, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions deliver real value. Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, structured insights that inform decision‑making.
- Produce high‑quality documentation to enable effective delivery of change initiatives without prescribing solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including developers, testers and systems engineers.
- Facilitate meetings and contribute to stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
- Evaluate solutions against business needs and recommend improvements to processes, systems or ways of working.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work in complex or ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Desirable Experience

Requirements
