As a Lead Business Analyst you will be embedded within software delivery teams, elaborating new work, populating the product/service backlog, and advising and enabling the Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify stakeholders, build and manage relationships, and support the priorities of the delivery team.
- Build strong relationships with the user community and understand drivers behind their requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to elicit, capture and elaborate their requirements, documenting them to a level which enables effective delivery of required outcomes without prescribing the solution(s).
- Act as the liaison between the solution delivery team and their customers in the development and implementation of new solutions, and/or enhancing existing solutions to meet business needs.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced business analyst who can integrate into a multi‑functional agile delivery team, enabling delivery excellence with a focus on realising customer value.
- Effective communicator, representing the team in engagements with customers and stakeholders, building relationships and translating needs into actionable requirements.
- Systems thinker, contributing to shaping the project lifecycle from inception to completion, incorporating systems thinking and best‑practice approaches into the design and planning of complex projects.
- Must currently hold the highest level of UK Government security clearance.
