Responsibilities
- Act as servant‑leader and facilitator to support teams in their day‑to‑day lean‑agile practices.
- Support multiple teams in an advisory, coaching and assurance capacity.
- Facilitate team‑of‑teams events such as Planning Intervals, Continuous Improvement Workshops and roadmap development.
- Identify and address impediments, taking action to remove them where appropriate.
- Track metrics and data to support data‑driven decision making.
- Coach and mentor teams or individuals to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Support the organisation with change initiatives and continuous improvement, focusing on lean‑agile principles.
- Develop and grow a team of Scrum Masters / Team Coaches.
Essential Qualifications / Experience
- Practical experience of servant‑leadership in agile teams.
- Thorough knowledge of lean‑agile principles, practices and methods.
- Excellent organisational and facilitation skills.
- Adept with Jira or similar tools, including data analysis.
- Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g. PSM II / III, SASM).
- Experience of Agile Coaching or certifications such as ICP‑ATF, ICP‑ACC, ICE‑AC.
- Experience and/or certification in an agile‑at‑scale framework (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- UK Government security clearance SC (or the ability to obtain it).
