Join Our Global Wellness & Spa Education Team. We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable beauty therapist for our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished therapist to transition into education and training while remaining connected to the luxury spa and wellness industry.
About the Role: As our Wellness Skin Trainer, you will travel extensively to educate, inspire, and support our spa partners around the world. You will deliver professional product and treatment training, helping therapists and spa teams achieve excellence in treatment delivery and client experience. When not travelling, you will support our in‑house wellness skin team by performing premium facial treatments, including VIP, media, influencer, and celebrity appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional training and education to spa partners globally.
- Conduct practical and theoretical treatment training sessions.
- Support spa openings, launches, and ongoing account development.
- Maintain exceptional product and treatment knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with spa teams and management.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Provide wellness skin facial treatments in our flagship treatment room when required.
- Support PR, media, influencer, and celebrity treatment events.
Requirements:
- Qualified Beauty Therapist with Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Several years’ hands‑on experience within the spa industry.
- Previous experience in hotel spas, luxury spas, or wellness destinations preferred.
- Strong experience performing: facial treatments, body treatments, spa rituals and wellness therapies.
- Passionate about skincare, wellness, and education.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and delivering training.
- Highly organised and self‑motivated.
- Willing and able to travel extensively, including international travel.
- Looking to develop your career beyond the treatment room and into training and education.
