A proactive Social Media Manager who balances creative thinking with analytical excellence is sought to lead 111SKIN’s global social media strategy across all channels. This role involves a balanced approach between creative tasks such as producing content and commissioning shoots, managing various platforms, and analysing data to drive performance.
Success in this role means helping to grow an engaged 111SKIN community while evolving and elevating the brand’s content. Team members are evaluated based on three company values: entrepreneurial mindset, caring collaboration, and determination to succeed.
The ideal candidate is a true left brain/right brain thinker who combines a flair for luxury and understanding of culture. They should be detail-oriented, well-organised, and confident in managing their own workflows while being a great collaborator who takes on direction and feedback.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Drive 111SKIN’s global social media strategy to increase following, engagement, and related metrics – focusing on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Establish distinct content pillars and target audiences for each channel.
- Own the editorial/content calendar across all channels and tools with regular post cadence.
- Oversee community management and engagement (reshares, commenting etc.) in partnership with our community coordinator.
- Produce high-quality content both independently or by commissioning through creators and a wider network of photographers; work closely with the in-house creative team to manage shoots and video productions.
- Build an engaged 111SKIN community by connecting with VIPs, celebrities, KOLs, and other talent, in partnership with our in-house PR team.
- Establish a distinctive brand identity through tone of voice and visual language to elevate 111SKIN across all social channels.
- Advise on paid partnerships to ensure briefs and final content are optimised for performance, delivering on our goals.
- Investigate opportunities to expand 111SKIN’s reach on other platforms, such as YouTube.
- Establish partnerships with other brands, retailers, and spa accounts for collaborative posts.
- Oversee and report on performance, weekly and monthly, and communicate results to the appropriate stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in social media management, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or luxury lifestyle space.
- A portfolio with elevated examples of creative work you have either produced or commissioned for social media channels.
- Proficiency in creative tools and platforms such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communications skills, with the ability to distil messages into clear, compelling communications in a variety of formats.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organisation.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
