The International Spa Trainer will play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class education to our global spa partners. This hybrid role combines deep product and treatment training with strategic sales enablement to drive brand success across our international spa network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of education and relationship building, a natural trainer who can inspire excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute the global spa training strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions across international and UK-based spa and clinic partners, ensuring consistent brand standards.
  • Educate internal and external sales teams on 111SKIN products, protocols, and application techniques.
  • Support commercial growth by teaching effective sales techniques, product positioning, and treatment upselling strategies.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with spa partners, inspiring therapist confidence and boosting frontline performance.
  • Plan and manage the international spa training calendar, aligning with product launches, seasonal priorities, and regional needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling training content using engaging, memorable presentation styles.
  • Support special events and activations, including PR and influencer-facing experiences, by training staff and ensuring product/treatment alignment.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Aesthetics and the Sales & Education team to ensure training efforts contribute to revenue and client retention goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training delivery, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or spa industry.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence leading and coaching both individuals and groups, in person and remotely.
  • A passion for skincare, with strong knowledge of ingredients, benefits, and treatment protocols.
  • Ability to plan and manage training programs independently, including setup and breakdown.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or international equivalent) in Beauty Therapy (face and body treatments).
