What you’ll do
You’ll develop, direct and lead innovative public relations and corporate communications initiatives that shape the brand’s visibility by engaging media & press, celebrities & VIPs, influencers, KOL and the wider community of customers and followers.

You will champion brand awareness, brand love and engagement as measured by EMV, brand searches and social media metrics.

Duties and responsibilities
- Lead the global vision, planning and strategy across consumer and corporate PR to drive brand familiarity.
- Manage communications editorial calendar to ensure consistent coverage and that messaging is maximised during key company moments.
- Ensure all communications efforts are integrated within the wider marketing strategy and plan.
- Create dynamic public-facing initiatives that support the company purpose through story-telling and experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry opinion leaders, influencers and other relevant stakeholders to enhance our brand presence and reputation.
- Manage crisis communications and respond promptly to external communication challenges.
- Develop a strong communications team and lead agency partners across the US, UK and France.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, other business units and their partners in other markets.
- Provide communications support and counsel to the founders and wider executive leadership team.
- Create and manage strategic materials, budgets, and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in PR, communications and/or journalism; ideally acquired within the beauty, fashion, luxury or related industries.
- Robust press, VIP and influencer relationships as well as a strong understanding of the media/digital landscape.
- Outstanding written, presentation and verbal communications skills, with the ability to distil messages into clear, compelling communications in a variety of formats.
- Ability to anticipate and mitigate potential reputational issues, demonstrating sound judgment and discretion.
- Details‑oriented and used to thriving in a fast‑pace, deadline‑driven environment.
