As we continue to grow our Permanent Recruitment division, we're looking for an experienced
Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and ambitious team.
The Opportunity
Unlike many recruitment roles where you're expected to build everything from scratch, you'll be joining an agency with established partnerships with some of the UK's largest nursery groups , giving you access to a live, active vacancy pipeline from day one .
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to build on existing relationships while developing new business and growing their own desk.
The Role
This is a
100% permanent recruitment role , managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to successful placement.
Working from our
Canvey Island office , with the flexibility of hybrid working, you'll recruit for a wide range of permanent Early Years roles including:
- Nursery Practitioners
- Room Leaders
- Third in Charge
- Deputy Managers
- Nursery Managers
- Area and Regional Management opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a busy pipeline of permanent vacancies.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing nursery clients.
- Develop new client partnerships across the Early Years sector.
- Source, interview and shortlist exceptional candidates.
- Advertise vacancies and proactively headhunt talent.
- Arrange interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and manage placements through to successful start dates.
- Deliver an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate records using our recruitment CRM.
About You
We're looking for someone who has
- Previous Recruitment Consultant experience.
- Experience within Education, Early Years, Healthcare or Social Care recruitment would be highly desirable.
- A passion for relationship-building and delivering excellent customer service.
- Confidence in business development and account management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to succeed.
