About Us: 110% People are recruitment experts specialising within the early years sector. We offer temporary and permanent options and work with hundreds of nurseries, from large national chains to smaller boutique settings. We are currently seeking staff all across the Berkshire area, including Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough, Marlow and surrounds.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Encourage children to develop their social, emotional, and intellectual skills
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and their families
Requirements or Skills:
- NQT Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working with children aged 0-5 years old
- A passion for early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
