We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic trainee / graduate to join our successful and proactive Wokingham based recruitment team.
The Role
- Supporting the team with resourcing candidates for nurseries and early years settings
- Delivering the end to end recruitment process for some national contract and permanent roles
- Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements
- Seek out, manage and maintain our database of candidates
- Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards
- Resource candidates from job boards, social media and relevant sources
- Meeting clients and candidates - face to face and virtual
