The Early Years Educator is responsible for the care and education of children aged 0-5 years old. The role involves planning and delivering activities that are both fun and educational, as well as ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in their care.
Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- Follow and implement the EYFS
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Encourage children to develop their social, emotional, and intellectual skills
- Work as a Key Person
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and their families
- Complete all required paperwork and reports
- Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years old
