They are committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
As a Temporary Nursery Assistant Superhero, you will be an integral part of the team, working alongside experienced early childhood educators to create a positive and enriching experience for children aged 0-5 years. Your superpowers in singing, educating, and playing will be put to the test daily as you help shape the future generation.
Key Responsibilities- Singing Superpower: Take part in daily sing-along sessions, incorporating age-appropriate songs and rhymes.
- Educating Expertise: Assist in implementing our play-based learning curriculum.
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Prepare and deliver age-appropriate educational activities.
- Observe and assess children's progress, reporting findings to senior staff.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual children's needs and learning styles.
- Organize and supervise indoor and outdoor play activities.
- Create imaginative play scenarios that encourage creativity and problem-solving.
- Ensure all play equipment is safe, clean, and properly maintained.
- Encourage children to explore their environment through guided play experiences.
- Use play as a tool to teach important social skills such as sharing and cooperation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
- Assist with meal and snack times, promoting healthy eating habits.
We can support full and part time hours and work on an APP system which allows you to be in full control of your working pattern and requirements.

- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years old.
- Ideally hold Level 2 or 3 or above in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- A passion for early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery.
- Working as part of a team to ensure a well-run, friendly and nurturing environment.
- Provide interactive and learning activities for the children on a daily basis.
