You’ve got between 1 and 5 years of experience in an assembly role, you’re comfortable around tools like rivet guns and drills, and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty. You’re someone who notices the little things, likes working with your hands, and thrives in a team environment where people genuinely enjoy what they do.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Putting together parts and tools using rivet guns, PEM setters, drills—you name it
  • Installing fasteners and hardware with care and accuracy
  • Reading basic blueprints (don’t worry, we’ll help if you’re rusty)
  • Solving small problems before they become big ones
  • Working closely with a tight‑knit team that’s got your back
  • Staying organized and focused, even when things get busy

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-5 years of hands‑on assembly experience (machine shop experience is a big plus)
  • Solid understanding of how to use common hand and power tools
