Overview
Marketing Recruitment - Soho - agency recruitment - hybrid 3 days a week in London. This role is 270. Initially, roles will be fed through our group's top performer and will progress into a 360 desk. We are looking for someone who can work at pace and is an expert delivery person who can think commercially.

Responsibilities:
- Building and managing an engaged network of relevant candidates within the Marketing/e-commerce industry.
- Managing a full-cycle recruitment process across a large volume of roles.
- Account Management of existing client relationships.
- Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
- Helping to manage our event and community schedule.
- Managing complex negotiations.
- Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets.
- Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market.
