Responsibilities
- Build and manage an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates.
- Develop existing and new client relations, proactively maximizing business opportunities and market share.
- Manage a full-cycle recruitment process.
- Provide thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
- Manage complex negotiations.
- Collaborate within a team to meet individual and team targets.
- Promote the 11 brand positively in the market.
- Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, assisting junior recruiters.
- Support managers with training, cover when required, and drive initiatives and company values.
