Responsibilities

  • Build and manage an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates.
  • Develop existing and new client relations, proactively maximizing business opportunities and market share.
  • Manage a full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Provide thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
  • Manage complex negotiations.
  • Collaborate within a team to meet individual and team targets.
  • Promote the 11 brand positively in the market.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, assisting junior recruiters.
  • Support managers with training, cover when required, and drive initiatives and company values.

  • Experience as a 360 recruiter in an agency with proven results.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates to clients.
