GTM/ Sales/ Marketing Recruitment - Soho - agency recruitment - hybrid 3 days a week in London. We need a Senior/Principal Consultant to join our team. We are open to people moving from different recruitment markets, but you must have contingent agency recruitment experience.

  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
  • Consistently developing existing relationships with clients.
  • Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
  • Managing complex negotiations.
