Senior/Principal Consultant – GTM/Sales/Marketing Recruitment (Soho, hybrid 3 days a week in London)We need a Senior/Principal Consultant to join our team. We are open to people moving from different recruitment markets, but you must have contingent agency recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:

Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.

Consistently developing existing relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.

Managing a full‐cycle recruitment process.

Appreciating and providing thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.

Managing complex negotiations.

Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets.

Positively promoting the 3Search brand in the market.

Acting as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.

Supporting the manager with training, standing in when required and driving initiatives and company values.

What we are looking for:

Demonstrated success in delivering against individual revenue targets.

Experience as a 180/360 recruiter in an agency.

Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates and clients.

High motivation to achieve development goals.
