The Role: As a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll drive revenue, mentor others, and elevate the 11 Investments brand in your market. You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle while building high-value relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities Build and manage an engaged client and candidate network
Run end-to-end recruitment processes with commercial confidence
Grow market share through new business development
Deliver thought leadership and long-term strategic value
Mentor junior consultants and support training & team development

A strong individual billing track record, with team or mentoring experience a plus
