This role is 270. Initially, roles will be fed through our group's top performer and will progress into a 360 desk. We are looking for someone who can work at pace and is an expert delivery person who can think commercially.

Responsibilities:
- Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
- Consistently developing existing relationships with clients.
- Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
- Managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
- Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
- Managing complex negotiations.
- Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets.
- Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market.
- Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
- Supports manager with training, standing in when required and driving initiatives and company values.
