Responsibilities

  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
  • Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients.
  • Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
  • Managing complex negotiations
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
  • Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
  • Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
  • Supports manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.

  • You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency and have proven success
