Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing an engaged network of senior candidates within the Marketing and sales industries
  • Conducting senior-level searches and market maps
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
  • Managing complex negotiations
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
  • Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
