Up to £50,000 base + commission + quarterly kickers

London (Soho), W1T 1LN | Hybrid 3 days in-office

3Search are hiring an experienced Delivery Consultant for a 180/270 position to partner with our UK business' top performer and the most well known recruiter in his space. A strong delivery and client/account management background is the most important requirement for this role, with no new business required.

As a Delivery Consultant you will:

• Deliver on existing live roles passed by 3Search's top performer

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing, proactive sourcing, to offer closing

• Attend and host industry events to build presence and network

Ideal background and skillset:

• Yout will have strong delivery and account management capabilities

• Be from a fast-paced environment and able to turn job briefs around quickly

• A strong work ethic and genuinely care about delivering a good experience

• Be able to network and build strong in-person relationships

• Coachable and a want to constantly improve
