To assist in maximizing revenues through Management of all revenue streams, by implementing proactive, strategic selling strategies & action plans that are aimed to deliver budgeted revenues. Assisting with the development of the entire revenue function with a dynamic approach to improving working practice and communication with 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Apartments and The Chelsea Townhouse To be confident in ensuring techniques are applied to maximise revenues all revenue streams using the following tools: To take ownership and be responsible for yield managing the systems effectively, analyse conversion and C&E booking lead times, analyse market trends through STR reporting and ensure to monitor competitor performance and market share through appropriate reports Effective management of availability through all distribution channels To be confident and passionate in ensuring that every opportunity to sell across all hotels is understood and explored throughout the central sales team. To assist and produce accurate financial forecasts for 111 Cadogan Gardens, The Apartments and The Chelsea Townhouse Manage rate loading and rate mapping with third parties Efficiently handling requests for room rates Provide analytics to evaluate rates. To take pride in being an active role in developing and nurturing existing customer accounts. To lead, coach and develop the Reservations Team across 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Chelsea Townhouse and The Apartments at 20 Cadogan Gardens.
