What Will You Be Doing?
You will be part of a small and dedicated team of individuals across 11 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse ready to respond to the event, private dining and corporate requests arising on a day to day basis, and a proactive resourceful solution seeker.
General Responsibilities
- To be confident and have full product knowledge of 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Chelsea Townhouse and Hans Bar and Grill in order to be able to sell all areas confidently
- To take pride and be an ambassador of both hotels, restaurant and Iconic Luxury Hotels
- To take ownership and be responsible for the enquiry to booking for event activities at 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Chelsea Townhouse and Hans Bar and Grill
- To take ownership and ensure Opera/Salesforce is kept up to date and log all enquiries
- Work with the Food and Beverage Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing and Events Director at ILH to maximise revenue in all areas of the business, showing teamwork and flexibility.
Event Responsibilities
- Using your integrity, conduct pricing and contract negotiation in line with the sales strategy to increase the utilisation of the venues event space.
- To ensure all enquiries taken are responded to within 8 working hours.
- To issue contracts for all events, meetings, private dinners as required
- To liaise with kitchen, food & beverage departments on daily operations and to ensure quality control in deliverance according to function sheets showing teamwork and flexibility.
- To work closely with the operations team, introducing them to clients and to ensure the smooth running of events through careful planning showing teamwork and flexibility.
- To assist co-ordination of finalising contracts as required for all events
- To prepare & issue weekly function sheets, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date and any late changes are communicated quickly
