The Role
As a Barback, you are the engine room of our beverage service. You will work closely with our bartenders and management team to ensure the bar runs seamlessly, the atmosphere remains electric, and our guests never have to wait for that perfect pour.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the bartenders by prepping garnishes, infusions, and syrups.
- Ensuring the bar is fully stocked with glassware, ice, spirits, and fresh ingredients.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace during high-volume service.
- Assisting with cellar management and deliveries.
- Being the 'go-to' person for keeping the floor and bar area looking pristine.
