At 10XU, we’re building the platform behind better living. A connected ecosystem of FitTech brands that elevate how people live across movement, well-being, travel, and sport. We exist to create energy, progress, and momentum – at scale. That takes a different kind of company and a different kind of team. One built for pace, innovation, and collaboration – where ambitious, talented people come together to shape the future of health and well-being.

OUR TEAM

We don’t hire for the status quo. We hire for impact. Shared effort. Meaningful progress. 10XU is built like a performance-led team, with health and well-being at the core of everything we do. If that excites you, this is your kind of place.

We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager who is passionate about creating digital experiences with customer needs at the centre. You'll be working with the wider product team (UX/UI, QA and engineering) as well as cross-functionally to design, build and roll out products that align with our product vision.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director, commercial, and marketing teams to define and maintain the Product Roadmap, ensuring it reflects both user needs and business objectives.
  • Own and track product KPIs, using data to drive prioritisation decisions and communicate performance to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to plan features and functionality, ensuring they are optimised and aligned with our objectives.
  • Run the development process with the Engineering Team, including sprint planning and retrospectives, and deliver sprint reviews to showcase product developments.
  • Write clear technical specifications for the engineering team where appropriate.
  • Manage the release schedule across iOS and Android, working with QA to ensure all features are thoroughly tested before release.
  • Lead user research and customer discovery initiatives to keep customer needs at the centre of every product decision.
  • Engage in cross-functional workshops with Marketing, the Innovation team, Commercial and Content to innovate on new concepts.
  • Work closely with engineering and the innovation team on integrations – including body-tracking technology, gym device connectivity, and partner platform requirements.
  • Maintain a finger on the pulse within the fitness and tech industry to identify emerging opportunities.

What do you need?

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in mobile apps (iOS & Android), any experience of TV apps a plus.
  • Proven track record of owning product outcomes — not just process — with measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel) and comfort working with data.
  • Experience managing complex integrations — hardware/software, third-party APIs, or platform partnerships is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with B2C and B2B product contexts, including working with commercial partners.
  • Proficiency with standard product and agile tooling (e.g. Monday.com, Figma).
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload autonomously and deliver to deadlines.
  • Strong communicator who can adapt their style across engineering, design, commercial and executive audiences.
