We’re looking for a collaborative, high-performing brand designer who thrives in multi-brand environments. Someone with strong creative instincts and the ability and desire to design across the full stack — from brand identity and campaigns through to product, digital, and social. You’ll care about building work that not only looks strong, but genuinely delivers value for the customers consuming it.
Responsibilities
- Brand & Marketing Design
- Lead the creation of high-level brand and marketing visuals across multiple products and campaigns
- Translate strategic brand and marketing briefs into compelling, on-brand creative outputs
- Develop cohesive visual identities that scale across channels and audiences
- Brand Assets & Design Systems
- Design and maintain brand asset systems, including decks, templates, and reusable design frameworks
- Build and evolve presentation templates for internal and external use (investor decks, sales decks, marketing comms)
- Ensure consistency and scalability across all brand touchpoints
- Digital & Product Marketing Assets
- Create and adapt App Store assets, including screenshots, feature visuals, and promotional creatives
- Support marketing teams with digital campaign assets across web, paid, and social channels
- Ensure all creatives are optimised for performance across platforms
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Design
- Design assets for CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, in-app, retention flows)
- Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to produce high-performing, conversion-focused visuals
- Multi-brand & Partner Experience
- Work across multiple brands simultaneously, prioritising and managing workload effectively
- Collaborate with partner teams or stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and delivery consistency
- Maintain strong attention to detail while balancing multiple brand guidelines
What are we looking for?
- 3–5+ years’ experience in brand design (agency, studio, or multi-brand environment preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands at once
- Strong portfolio showing brand systems, marketing campaigns, and digital execution
- Comfortable working across both strategic and executional design work
- Strong understanding of how the brand supports product and commercial growth
