Freelance | 8–20 hrs/week | Remote (EU/UK)
Are you a practicing or former surgeon who wants to apply your clinical expertise in a new way? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your surgical practice, hospital role or academic commitments? We are looking for experienced surgeons based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review and refine AI generated responses related to surgical decision making and perioperative care
- Evaluate outputs for clinical accuracy, procedural realism and patient safety considerations
- Draft realistic surgical scenarios such as pre operative risk assessment, intraoperative decision points, complication management or post operative care planning
- Create variations of the same case from different perspectives such as surgeon, anaesthetist, surgical resident, hospital administrator or patient
- Identify unsafe recommendations, flawed clinical logic or unrealistic procedural assumptions
In Simple Terms
You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world surgical judgment, risk awareness and evidence based practice. This is not performing surgery or direct patient care. Instead of operating on individual patients, you will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about surgical care at scale. Your input directly improves how AI performs on surgical and acute care topics.

- Able to start in the coming weeks
This role is fully remote and flexible. It works well alongside your clinical schedule.
