What you’ll be doing

- Draft realistic commercial real estate scenarios, such as deal structuring, market analysis, property management, asset valuation, risk assessment, and compliance
- Create variations of the same scenario from different roles, such as broker, analyst, investor, property manager, or compliance officer
- Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified reasoning in AI-generated content related to commercial real estate
- Assess and improve AI reasoning around structured problem solving, real-world edge cases, and application of commercial real estate principles
