About The Role
We are seeking experienced notaries or legal professionals with in-depth knowledge of notarial acts, document authentication, and compliance protocols. In this role, you will help train advanced AI systems to understand, interpret, and generate content that aligns with notarial best practices and regulatory requirements. What You’ll Do
- Review and refine AI-generated content related to notarial processes, document authentication, and compliance
- Assess accuracy, clarity, and legal alignment of AI outputs with EU/UK notarial frameworks
- Develop and enhance realistic notarial scenarios, such as witnessing signatures, certifying copies, and notarizing documents
- Generate scenario variations from the perspectives of notaries, clients, and legal stakeholders
- Identify compliance risks or improvement opportunities in the way AI addresses notarial matters
- Contribute to designing AI-powered tools for notarial documentation and verification
