10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable software engineers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered engineering systems.
What You Will Do
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to software engineering, technical documentation, code quality, and practical aspects of software development
- Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and alignment with real-world development standards
- Draft realistic engineering scenarios based on your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. engineer, client, product manager, or stakeholder)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated engineering content
In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true engineering reasoning, authentic technical documentation, and practical workflows. Rather than conducting traditional development projects, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about software engineering at scale.
Who You Are
- A senior-level software engineer with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing software projects and technical deliverables
