We are seeking skilled organizational design specialists based in the EU or UK to help AI systems better understand organizational structures, transformation strategies, and best practices for modern workplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to organizational design, models, and transformation initiatives
- Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI-driven organizational strategies and scenarios
- Develop real-world use cases, implementation plans, and change management techniques from your professional experience
- Create scenario variations for organizational change, restructuring, mergers, or scaling initiatives
- Identify issues, gaps, or potential risks in AI recommendations, providing clear and structured feedback
- Influence how AI interprets industry best practices, compliance requirements, and cultural considerations in organizational design
About You:
- Experienced organizational design consultant, change management expert, or HR specialist with a background in executing complex organizational transformations
- Based in the EU or UK

When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.
