About the Role
10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered process improvement and operational systems.
What You Will Do
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization, quality control, and the practical aspects of continuous improvement projects
- Evaluate AI responses for operational accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
- Draft realistic process improvement scenarios based on your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. process owner, Black Belt, client, or project manager)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated process improvement and quality content
In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true Lean/Six Sigma reasoning, authentic process optimization methods, and practical improvement approaches. Rather than conducting traditional Lean/Six Sigma projects, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about process improvement at scale.
Who You Are
- A senior-level Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- Experienced in advising on, planning, and executing Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement strategies
- Skilled at evaluating operational processes, requirements, and compliance
- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
